Returns & Refund Policy

1. Policy Overview & Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most standard, unused items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided they meet the conditions below.

Return Window: 30 days from the date you received the item.

Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. They must not show any signs of installation, wear, or damage.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., custom seat covers, tailored trunk liners).
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
  • Items that have been installed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Gift cards (if applicable).

3. Return Process (3 Simple Steps)

Step 1: Contact Us

Before sending anything back, please email our support team at service@accessory-parts.com within the return window. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Step 2: Package & Ship

Securely package the item in its original packaging along with all accessories and documentation. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address we provide using a trackable shipping service.
