BD.MotoParts is NOT responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the recipients responsibility and are determined by local laws.

7. Failed Deliveries &Address Changes
Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete. Any package returns, loss, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses will be borne by the customer.
